Description

The project as a whole concerns the completion and operation of the Piraeus Merchant and Shipping Center, known as Piraeus Tower, with 22 floors while the height of the building is 88 meters. Piraeus Tower planned utilization of offices, restaurants and underground parking.

Below are our contracting works:

  • Application of passive fire protection system R90min and R120min with cementitious mortar on slabs, beams and external pillars of the building.
  • Strengthening and repair of the existing reinforced concrete using FRP systems. For corrosion protection and concrete repair, used surface applied inhibitor and  repair mortar. For fire protection used cement based mortar.
  • Application of a passive fire protection system R90min with fire-resistant paint in the metal structure of the building.
  • Application of C5-M corrosion protection system
